A Brazilian butt lift (BBL) operation consists of harvesting fat through the use of liposuction from specific areas of concern on a patient’s body and strategically re-injecting the harvested fat in the hip dips and central buttocks. This not only improves the volume of the buttocks but creates a more feminine contour and silhouette. The re-injecting of the fat is safely done under ultrasound guidance.
